At checkout, customers enjoy the liberty to select their preferred shipping method from a carefully curated list, guaranteeing that their items are delivered on time to the specified address. It is important to note that if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, they will bear the additional costs incurred. On the other hand, any delivery issues attributable to our side will be our responsibility.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfill, with a promise to immediately inform and refund affected customers.
For customers preferring self-collection, we will notify you by email once your order is ready, allowing you to save on shipping costs.
Our streamlined process ensures that your order is packed promptly and you are notified of its shipment immediately after payment. We collaborate with leading carriers like DHL, UPS, DPD, and GLS to provide flexible delivery options tailored to your needs and location.
Rest assured, your parcels are insured against loss or damage during transit. Should any issues arise, we will handle the claims process on your behalf for a smooth and worry-free experience.
Shipping Costs
- For orders over 200 euros in Germany, shipping is free. For other orders, a standard parcel shipping fee of 5.29 euros applies.
- For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs vary based on the volume and size of the product and will be calculated automatically after the destination country is confirmed during checkout.
An additional fee of 20 euros applies for oversized parcels measuring more than 120x60x60cm.
Please be aware that shipments to non-EU countries might be subject to handling fees due to customs and import regulations.

Delivery times for international shipments are in addition to the item-specific delivery times listed on our website:
- Germany: 1-3 days
- Austria: 3-5 days
- Italy: 4-7 days
- Belgium: 3-4 days
- Luxembourg: 3-5 days
- Netherlands: 2-4 days
- Poland: 3-5 days
- France: 4-7 days
- Other EU countries: 5-10 days
- Non-European countries: 10-20 days
Combined Shipping Policy
For orders containing multiple items with different delivery times, we will consolidate your order into one shipment, unless otherwise arranged. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery Date Calculation
The delivery period starts the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank for prepayments, or the day after the contract is finalized for other payment methods, ending on the last day of the given period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period extends to the next business day.
